This eye-catching necklace is equally at home with a formal outfit as it is with a turtleneck and jeans. We loop our materials together to make a chain, which serves as the backbone for the Loopy. Brilliant and bodacious loops are created all around the Loopy using pony tail holders in a variety of colors. The neckpiece is also adjustable.
